Warmth, connection and exceptional communication are at the heart of Lyndall’s approach to building strong relationships between owners and renters.

With a 22-year career in retail, Lyndall brings extensive experience in sales, leadership and customer engagement to her role. Rising through the ranks to manage both New Generation and Jeanswest in Bendigo, she led her team to become the number one retail store for Jeanswest nationally — an achievement recognised with a trip to the Commonwealth Games in Malaysia. Today, she draws on this foundation to oversee new business enquiries and foster meaningful, mutually beneficial relationships within the rental market.

Lyndall holds a Diploma of Arts and Visual Merchandising from RMIT and has a natural ability to connect with people, something she values deeply both professionally and personally. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling and spending quality time with her husband, their two children and the family dog, Louie — always embracing the rich interactions that bring joy to her life.
